Whether you are the sender, receiver or the booking agent of a shipment booked through Trackon (and not Primetrack/ International) , you can fill up the complaint registration form and submit, in order to raise a complaint request.

In order to help you better and resolve your concerns, we need certain information from your end. By filling up the form, you could help us do that. Please note all the fields marked with a red astrick (*) are mandatory and a form cannot be submitted until these fields are filled.

On submission of the complaint registration form, you would have been provided with a reference number.The form sent by you will be reviewed by our customer care team and will be validated with in the next 72 hours, after which a complaint number will be sent to you via SMS on the mobile no. provided by you.

Although we try our best to resolve your issues at the earliest. Sometimes, delays occur due to service lapse and circumstances that are beyond our control such as political strikes and disturbances, festival holidays. We request you to kindly bear with us.

You will be receiving regular feedback from our customer care team through sms’s and phone on the number provided by you on the complaint form for communication. In addition, you can also track the status of your complaint, under Track complaint status or call on our customer care number where our customer care executive can assist you.
